    I would say Iceland

They have 100% record of producing fighters that have never been hurt and are unbeaten.

  5. United states-without doubt...

Asia-produces the toughest most skilled fighters in the Martial arts..

Africa has produced some fighters as tough as hell also, Azumah Nelson, Sam Peter, and Josh Clotty just to name a few..

Soviet Bloc fighters-Russians are tough ****ers too..

The toughest fighters are produced in Mexico.
Like Angelo Dundee said when asked who was the toughest fighter he's seen, " no question Julio Cesar Chavez is the toughest!" even tougher than... " he's the toughest!"

When do you see a Mexican back-peddling in a fight, **** no! They grind it out and bang giving their all in that ring.

Pinoys have been showing some great toughness lateley as well. especially in Pacquiao using his tough chin as his defense. Luisito Espinoza was another tough Pinoy.
