Division is opened up. Parker vs. lots of tops guys on the table now. Whereas Wilder was on his ass for the past 2 years. Parker/Hrgovic, Parker/Zhang, Parker/Bakole etc. All good fights.

He was talking about talking ayahuasca all weekend and post fight. It’s a psychedelic drug.

Frank Warren and Eddie Hearn were talking about it as well in interviews.

Yeah that could explain why he came in that light, and generally looked like ****. Drugs like that usually mess up your brain function.

Exactly he was the same against Brezeale and the same against Helenius. Waiting for them to come to him, and to power the right hand through them. But Parker ain't D level truck drivers.

And to hell with all the excuses. Wilder has the ability to fight Parker when he was Champion, and supposedly now in his prime, but Wilder decide to fight Gerald f**** Washington, instead of unifying the division.

Thought there was similar talk before Fury III. Him doing Psychedelics. That seems to be a mixed bag with fighters. I know Cerrone credited DMT to him having a 2nd wind in his UFC career.

I don't know. He has had a lot of sad, young man performances that were punctuated with one big shot. Seems to me he just got beat by a quality guy.

He should just retire, though, as he is a fraud.

Maybe it was because he wasn't very good in the first place.....something to consider.

Parker nullified Wilder's offense by either staying out of range or smothering. After that, all he had to do is not get caught with the big right.

LOL I guess Wilder didn't realize Dr. Sleep meant, he would fight like he just woke up from a deep sleep, finding himself in a fight.

His resume was never that impressive or the performances. The Ortiz fights he could still pull the trigger but was exposed as a limited boxer. Fury1 he faced a guy who'd looked poor against a couple.of fringe men after three years out and proceeded to lose on most cards. Was completely dismantled in the second fight and the third made the most of Fury's poor condition but still got knocked out. We've seen Fury since struggle against a novice. I would hang up if I was him but he's a narcissist and deluded enough to think he can beat Joshua with only a punchers chance.
