He’s a 333 pound behemoth and no matter how good your chin is you can’t take punishment like that against a massive puncher for 10 rounds and not eventually crack. Regardless of how good his chin may be, his complete lack of head movement, a plan b, and any defence makes him an absolute sitting duck. He gets beaten by at least 20-30 heavyweights.
He can take a damn good punch, but you need to be in shape to win fights. He learned that lesson earlier today.
Solid chin, yes, but that gas tank faded after about 6 rounds, and really it was exhaustion that finished him (well, kinda premature stoppage given there were 10 seconds left of the fight and they could've given him a standing count). Wasn't that impressed by Dubois tbh. Was eating a lot of shots from Miller while Miller was still throwing 'em. His defence is really poor, and they were going on about his 'heart' but really Miller was a punching bag from about Round 6, so there wasn't a ton of adversity for Dubois to face. Good morale-boosting win though, and finally something worth putting on his super-thin resume.
Dude is a tank personified. That said he really needs to do leg day. Having legs that look as fat and shapeless as his just doesn't look right on a dude.
