Bivol by a long shot. He actually beat Canelo at his natural weight and didn't totally flake on his division afterwards like GGG did 160.
I think Golovkin but it's difficult to compare them Bivol got the big fight in his prime while Golovkin was a little past prime when he got the big fights. Golovkin also changed his style to be more offensive and exciting while Bivol continued with his style.

Bivol is the better tactician, Golovkin the more dangerous puncher. Neither is a patch on prime Kostya Tszyu though.
Different boxers. Bivol is quicker and better movement boxer. GGG was ultra strong and punch very hard. Both got brilliant jab but punch of GGG was the ones crushing opponents. And Bivol for better defence because he need it more. Both masterclass. Probably fans who like more "drama" and pain in boxing match will vote for GGG and thoose who likes technic style of winning choose Bivol. Respect for both on same level but I was big GGG fan soo I like Kazach Man more.
Bivol all the way. Golovkin can't box. He relies solely on his granite chin and destructive power. (I'm a casual boxing fan, fyi)
