Okay my friend, then, despite being submitted under my name, it obviously wasn’t me who posted that answer. Be on the lookout if this “joker” has another bite at the cherry at my expense. I might have to get the Mods to look into this. :D

JCC Jr. fought Martinez and Canelo.

    Hmm..
Cory Spinks, but Leon isn't quite up there at the HOF level.

Tony and Anthony Mundine also come to mind, but not sure either are HOF.

How about Julio Cesar Chavez junior? His father is a HOFer. I could cheat and look up junior's record, but I'm just guessing with this one.

Well, Jr. has fought Canelo, who one day no doubt will be in the HOF - but as of now, he hasn't met any HOFers.

Cus D'amato adopted Mike Tyson after his mother’s death correct? Or at least he was his legal guardian and they seemed to considered each other father and son. Tyson face 4 HOF correct?

Marvis Frazier lost to Larry Holmes and Mike Tyson, so we're looking for someone who faced at least three HOFers. Now if we were looking for a nephew of an HOFer it would be easy (assuming Roger Mayweather was inducted). Was Lenny Mancini inducted despite not winning a world title. Was Gutespadas inducted? If Leon Spinks was inducted then his son Cory would be a candidate.

Has Sergio Martinez been inducted because I know he beat Chavez junior?

I think Martinez is still an active fighter.

i spent a while looking into this question and have zero idea what the answer is.

i'm guessing a son who fought and lost a lot. but how many hofmers even had sons who boxed?

Ok, maybe a clue is in order at this stage.

We're looking for a son, who fought 5 HOFers.
Both father and son had more than 100 pro bouts... and their total, combined number exceeds 450!
