This shot gets a bit over-hyped. No doubt it was hard, but you ever notice how some shots land with a giant crack, and the guy that gets hit acts like nothing happened? Not saying that this is the case with this uppercut, it obviously rocked Vitali's head back.
But it's nowhere near the right Lewis landed on Rahman - there's no HW in history that remains upright after that monstrous shot.

Lol! Whyte goes out as sound asleep as Povetkin put him.

LOL troll post. They'd still be looking for Whyte's head.

    NO!
White showed the exact opposite in his fights with Povetkin and Fury.

No. Whyte has been KTFO from similar or lessor uppercuts. Is this a serious thread?

Always thought Lewis didn't get as much leverage into it as better uppercuts he threw. However, it would have put Whyte to sleep.

No, Its proved he doesnt digest uppercuts. He lost more bouts than all hit by an uppercut. He wouldnt survive neither that Lewis shot not Joshua's one landed on Wlad.

Yeah I think that shot is a bit overrated too, it looked great but being in the clinch Lewis probably couldn't generate full leverage on it. I think he landed harder uppercuts vs Tyson and Mercer.

Having said that Whyte's chin and his weakness to uppercuts, from a puncher like Lewis, yeesh Whyte would be stretchered out, he couldn't take an uppercut from Fury, how is he taking one from Lewis.

I rewatched the Wlad-Povetkin fight earlier (Ik, difficult it was an ugly fight) and what stood out to me was how Povetkin was so wary of Wlad's left hooks. Imagine if Whyte took a bomb from Wlad? We all saw what an old Povetkin did when he landed a powerful left uppercut on Whyte in their first bout.

Troll thread obviously. It's like asking would Valuev outbox Larry Holmes or would Amir Khan take Hearns' right hand that knocked out Duran

Not being funny but I think, if I were given ten minutes to practice throwing it, I could knock Dillian out with an uppercut. And I'm paralysed head to toe in a wheelchair, typing on one of those keyboard things Steven Hawking had.
