Bivol is not boring. He throws his punches like an artist uses his brush or a gatling gun. And he's very offensive too. He doesn't hold back from brawling.

Dude what the hell are you talking about? Benavidez does not swarm and rough up opponents? That is literally how Benavidez fights, and exactly what he did vs Andrade and Plant, and pretty much everyone else. He swarms and breaks them down. The fact you said the opposite is mind blowing lol. He does everything Richards did but 10x better.

But he will still have a size advantage over the top guys at 175. He is even bigger than Opetaia

How to beat Bivol? Get Beterbiev in a ring with him. Just get it done already.

So you haven't even watched the one fighter you constantly shill for? Not surprising.

    You beat Bivol like this:

    Slowly.

Attacks to the body, selective punches depending on the stance and position of Bivol (who does back up and coverup alot). Slowly drain his energy and take the bounce out of his feet. Then he is more static and hesitant to throw back and there is your opportunity.

Bivol is young and in his prime

Beterbiev is old and past his

Beterbiev is bigger and much stronger and more powerful

Bivol has faster hands and feet and is a better boxer

Beterbiev has underrated boxing skills, Bivol has underrated strength and power albeit he's not a power puncher

I can't see how Bivol can hold Beterbiev off for all 12 rounds if age hasn't taken too much out of Beterbiev but the clock is working overtime against Beterbiev

Maybe Bivol could win if he opted to box and move and use the ring. We've never seen him do that before but we've seen flashes off it and he looked really smooth when doing so. I believe he has that in his locker but even then Beterbiev is very good at cutting off the ring and would likely catch up to him at some point

    • Clinch
    • Whisper in his ear "Kate says I'm bigger"
    • Bop him with a flush counter on the button when he takes his inevitable blind rage swing.
