I know some of the decent people on here will agree with me. But what has happened to boxing with YouTube and people going mad about stuff that doesn't matter. I saw people saying fury cheated with a shot that was an elbow, low blows on the belt being shamed for months and all sorts. I remember back when good trainers would teach their fighter how to foul and get away with it. It's not amateur bouts. When the going gets tough hit them on the belt, hold there head until told not to, loads of stuff for every advantage and most refs will wither not see or just warn you. Everyone now thinks it's mental if they see someone do anything. It's actually a skill to do these things and get away with it
If Usyk can claim a lowblow and the ref automatically gives it to him (paid ref btw Luis Pabon very evident, super keen to avoid clinches and called some of AJ's bodyshots low when they weren't.) then Fury can claim accidental low blow and bust open his nuts. Fair game. Fighting not tap dancing. I made a post about this when it comes to lowblows and rabbit punches, you have to be your own enforcer in boxing if the referee isn't doing anything, at worst you cause a brawl like happened in Fury Whyte when they started rabbit punching. Don't rely on a paid off corrupt idiot to protect your life. Clinching sucks but it's part of boxing a big part of it infact. Rabbit punching is the big one that can be self enforced and referees should enforce against it and should be fired if they fail to do so because it is dangerous, didn't stop Fury & Wilder having at it with the side and back of each others heads! If Fury hits Usyk low without referee intervention then Usyk needs to smack them giant bowling balls back. It's very simple. If you watch round 5 AJ Usyk, AJ hits Usyk low midline on the belt. Usyk is in a full tight guard, usyk stumbles around claiming lowblow because it is low top of the groin, he had a full tight guard so no centre shot can score on belly or solar plexus. Dubious round 5 Usyk, Dubious hits Usyk who is not in a full guard on the belt upwards motion uppercut, typically a legal punch, Usyk crumbles to the canvas because it was a legit devastating bodyshot on his belly. Manages to milk a lowblow.
imagine writing all that to then remember that Tyson ‘Gypsy Elbows’ Fury was knocked down twice by a UFC fighter, only to have one not counted? Not only that but used elbows to try and deter Ngannou. Soft heart, pudding chin
