I doubt Haney would rehydrate to 165+ at 135, probably 159-60 for sure, iirc that's how much he rehydrated against Loma after a 36 hour before fight weigh in. I don't know how much Loma rehydrated but I doubt it was significantly past 140, any data on Loma's rehydration weights @Serge?

The definition of a weight bully as people generally understand it is if you are using the day before weigh in's to come in significantly bigger than your opponents come fight time & that's not what Inoue is doing. He comes in somewhat smaller than his opponents most of the time, its just that he isn't giving up ridiculous amounts of weight like Loma was doing to come in way smaller

Wood doesn't seem to mind getting hit and he hits far harder than anyone Inouye has faced. This fight would be fireworks while it lasted.

So Loma fights at LW weighing 135.

This is what I'm saying Inoue should do, or is he not as brave as Loma?

No Loma also rehydrates but very small compared to the others, from the looks of them side by side Loma is somewhat bigger than Inoue but I don't know by how much. Inoue has also been bulking up as he is moving up, for the Fulton fight he weighed 3 lbs less

Loma is a mixture of bravery/recklessless/financial constraints

He is brave but also reckless when him & his team didn't make a noise about the 36 hour prior weigh in for the Huggy Haney fight, too overconfident in his ability to overcome the size gap instead of trying to enforce the 24 hour weigh in

He also went to 135 because he wasn't getting the fights he wanted at 130 & more money there at 135. The reason of course is that he is a Ukranian fighting in US. Inoue doesn't need US to make boat loads of money (& unlike Loma who can speak decent English he doesn't seem to know any English) & get career high paydays for his opponents as well because Japan is the 3rd largest economy on the planet & he got the whole country behind him, & now Saudi is interested in him as well. He is essentially the Canelo Alvarez of below 135 lbs

If Ukraine had the economic power of Japan, both Usyk & Loma would be fighting there for at least some of their fights if not a majority of them

Professional boxing is primarily about "prize fighting" for most fighters with the prize being cash, not a bravery contest

130 max. Doesn't seem to have a big enough frame unless he...ahem....adjusts the size of his body using modern scientific methods.

Loma is naturally bigger than Inoue and fighting at 135lbs, a weight class he is not natural to

So Loma rehydrates to within the next weight class, he doesn't go above 140 right?

So do if Inoue stays at 135 fight night be should be able to go as high as SFW without any real issues as a minimum.

And if we see Inoue go above 135 fight night then we can expect him at LW realistically?

    All agreed yeah?

Loma weighed in just below the 138 lbs limit set for the morning weigh-in at 9 am before the fight with Rigondeux. He was in all likelihood heavier fully rehydrated, but very hard to say how much of course. The guess in the article is 7 to 10 lbs heavier, but that's just a guess.

    https://www.boxingnews24.com/2017/12/lomachenko-137-4-rigondeaux-130-fight-day-weights/

And this was six years ago at 130, so he's most likely bigger now.

130 does him, he may not even make it that far.

Confirming that you are saying Inoue should weigh in and fight at 135, while his opponents weigh in at 135 and fight at 150. Makes somplete sense. In fact the Cruiserweight limit is 200, so as long as he stays under that I don't see he shouldn't fight Jai Opetaia.

I think they can organise an open air stadium fight in the Eastern Donbas region.

Yeah fair point mate. Like you say if they can make the weight they should compete at the weight.

Watch all the snowflakes disagree lol.
