I guess it would be Hrgovic-Parker for the IBF title, then.

Even before the unification fight ( if it happens ) here’s talk of who will fight for the vacant IBF title. What chance is there of any stability in any division when it’s already assumed one of the belts will be up for grabs even before a fight to unify them all has even taken place?

Hrgovic is starting to become underrated - his style is ugly to watch but it's effective.

Parker's movement might cause him problems in the early rounds but I expect Hrgovic to wear him down and win a decision, or possibly stop Parker late.

Wouldn't mind this fight if it indeed came to fruition. Although we can all agree we don't the belts to be fragmented so quickly and have an undisputed champion for more than a couple of months.

Here's the last time Parker and Hrgo fought.

Usyk won't fight AJ for 3rd time in this i'm almost certain.[/QUOTE]

But if AJ beats Ngannou, Hrgovic and Zhang and Usyk beats Fury x 2 there's pretty much Joshua or retire for Usyk. Sure, he could defend against Parker first, but then there's not many other reasonable fights in this scenario unless someone like Sanchez and Anderson make a great leap, but that seems unlikely with the biggest names already busy with each other.

But it's not at all unlikely that Usyk does retire if he beats Fury.

AJ will fight Hurgovic next if Fury Usyk rematch after Feb 17th.

If they don't rematch AJ will chase Fury assuming Fury wins

I don't see Parker vs Hrgovic in the near future

If Zhang does not fight Wilder, expect Zhang - Parker in March

It would be a good fight for the division, but I don't like this for Parker from a stylistic viewpoint. Would much rather he fought Zhang, for better money and a better chance of winning IMHO too.

Usyk will just retire. He is 37 in a few days. It will be 38 for eventual AJ 3. And he wont gain anything from that fight even if he beats AJ again.

Maybe. But fighters do often continue even when there seems to be little to be achieved. Wlad was 38 when he beat Pulev and there was nothing on the horizon really, but he kept on until Joshua stopped him three years later.

But if Usyk beats Fury and then retires, Joshua will be well set up to pick up the belts with wins over Hrgovic and Zhang.
