Is that close to game over for Ohara?

It's back to the drawing board.

I wonder if Davies will get another chance ? Going forward, he will be used as an opponent.

Looks like the gym wars took its toll on him.

After this it is over for him unless he wants to become an opponent

Pleased for Barraso after the ridiculous robbery last time.

I think he had already looked past him and was very sloppy following a big puncher around the ring one minute in. Reminds me a bit of Morrison v Bentt. Shame for him as I imagine Oscar will bin him off now.

Very pleasing watch but credit to him for getting off the floor.

Given that he got decimated in 1 I can't really see how he's a viable opponent for the world-level or on the cusp names GBP have at 140 (Ramirez, Barboza), I mean how do you sell headlining with those fights after that?

Needs to either try and work his way back up the rankings or he might be drafted in as an opponent at domestic level, I mean if they announced Azim-Davies, O'Leary-Davies or Dalton Smith-Davies they'd still look decent, risky fights to me.

That's it now, he'll never get a better chance than that, amateur decision making from him to get up so early. All that talk and he's out in 1 against a shadow of the guy that lost to Crolla years ago.

think of all the other fringe contenders at 140 who would die for a world title shot against a guy who looks like he was around in the 15th century battling the conquistadors

He walked into the southpaw power hand

Showed nuts though TBF. Not like Tyan booth, the caramel quitter.

On another note Tony Weeks is rapidly becoming the American Howard Foster.

His performance in the main-event was equally as bad as it was when he prematurely stopped Barroso against Rolly.

Pleased for Barroso though as he deserves another shot at Romero, and Anthony Crolla performance against him is ageing like a fine-wine, whereas Ohara's career aged like Milk last night.

That is exactly my point. The Golden Boy adventure is over, but I wonder if he will get a new chance on a UK show ? The match up´s you mention are all excellent.
