    Tyson Fury has gone off the grid. There hasn't been sight nor sound of him since the Francis fight. Both men are training hard. Fury is a student of boxing history. He knows how good Usyk is and approaching this fight like its the last big challenge he'll ever have.
    If Usky wins it won't be against the mickey mouse version of Fury that showed up against Nngannu

    Bakole confirms that Belly didn't take Ngannou as seriously as he should of. It's obvious he didn't though. Regardless of what he said about doing so he simply thought it was going to be a walk in the park for him, fell for Ngannou's terrible pad work ruse, and you could see by the expression on his face and body language during the fight that he wasn't expecting much resistance at all

    It's clear Fury used the Nnganou camp for weight loss and getting trim ready for Usyk in February, well initially December but that got pushed back.

    Both Fury & Usyk treated their last bouts as an activity bout and both nearly paid the heavy cost.

    If AJ gets knocked out by Ngannou I'd pay their combined purses to the cameraman to zoom in on E-Hearn's face and hold the shot for 30 seconds :lol:

    Let's get it right here

    Francis is far more formidable than AJ in terms of natural talent. 270 pounds of natural pure muscle with no stamina issues. AJ is a pumped up 250 pounds. AJ is chinny, poor stamina when pressed unlike Francis. AJ is mentally weak. Francis is pure titanium protected by gypsy magic. Francis can grapple a gorilla and win, AJ got outgrappled by Usyk!

    The only difference between AJ & Francis is AJ has 10 years of boxing experience behind him. Which is great and all...but really only 4 maybe 5 years of that experience counts for something!

    It's that edge in raw skill gained with experience that on paper will let AJ edge the fight

    but I have no doubts Francis is going to shock the world yet again

    Another counter left hook off the temple and AJ is going to be seeing a 270 pound muscle bound slightly darker Ruiz Jr in front of him.

    As to your question more seriously, I see someone on this thread suggested between 24 kg to 32 kg per kettlebell - you’ve probably already read that.

    Personally I can’t vouch for that claim but it sounds too heavy, just imo. Even 10 kg to max 20 kg would be impressive enough.
