What's a HW to do? They can't jump weight and title hop like the little guys are doing. Besides, losing your belt and regaining it later is nothing to scoff at.

Why should Parker get a shot? He got smashed off Joe Joyce who got obliterated of Zhang.

Parker beat an inactive mentally shot Wilder, that's not that impressive.

Because he was ranked #4 even before they updated their rankings and he's the next ranked available opponent and he's willing to fight Hrgovic next. AJ signed to fight a 0-1-0 MMA fighter instead

J-Park whooped the Ring Magazine #3 ranked HW and that ''mentally shot'' Dosser was set to fight AJ next prior to J-Park springing the upset

Why should AJ get a shot he got whooped by Usyk x 2 and since then he has beaten Franklin, a shot glass-jawed very late notice Helenius, and Wallin who speaking of inactivity and being mentally shot beat an injury-ravaged mentally shot inactive shell of Gassiev who literally hadn't fought anyone with a pulse in five years and hadn;'t seen 8 complete rounds of action in all that time?

Why should AJ get a third crack at Usyk after being soundly whooped by him twice?

Why does AJ keep getting rematches until they achieve the desired result but none of his beaten opponents ever get any vs him?

Aren't they screwing the winner of Fury-Usyk by predetermining that they'll strip the winner? Not that it matters, but what is the justification for that?

To add to this Wilder wasn't ranked by the IBF, so why would beating Wilder get Parker a title fight for the IBF belt, ahead of Joshua who beat the number 2 ranked, that doesn't make sense.

Although when it comes to hating Joshua or any boxer it makes little sense.

The IBF have already made concessions for this fight to happen. There hasn't been a mandatory fight for an IBF HW title in almost 2 and a half years. Hrgovic shouldn't have to wait on the sidelines any longer.

Because AJ was beaten by the best Heavyweight in the world and Parker was beaten by Joyce who is below Zhang and therefore below Hrgovic.

AJ should at least be in the eliminators for a title shot.

Is it the rematch clause in Fury-Usyk then? Seems like they could just have the winner of Fury-Usyk fight Hrgo and if they refuse then strip.

This, fighting a 0-1 guy should not be rewarded with a title shot. Hrgovic vs Parker for the belt should it be vacated makes much more sense.

And, again, AJ opted to fight a 0-1-0 MMA fighter instead of Hrgovic and the next ranked available opponent J-Park who has just whooped the Ring Magazine #3 ranked HW in the world jumped in and said I'll fight you Hrgovic.

AJ could've fought Hrgovic next but he opted not to

How can Hrgovic fight him next if AJ is fighting Ngannou next? Hrgovic will fight J-Park and then the winner can defend against AJ

Albeit if that so happens to be J-Park he should freeze AJ and E-Hearn out and fight someone else instead because ReMatchroom never gave him a rematch but AJ gets unlimited ones until they secure the desired result

Yes, it's the fight to make. AJ opted to fight Ngannou instead so he can wait his turn

Boxing really is the most dis organised **** show of a sport. Multiple belts with multiple stupid rules , too much money, promoters and agendas to ensure that we rarely get the best fighting the best.

The whole thing needs an overhaul.

The tops guys should be forced to fight each other and ranking should be based on the outcomes. The number 1 guy fights the champion. No waiting 300 days whilst the champ defends against an mma fighter and an ice skater off you tube just fight the ****ing next In line win lose or draw and stop pissing about.

Unless both usyk and Fury retire, who really cares about having another paper champion?

The winner of the Undisputed is the champion. This is why I can't take boxing seriously. You finally get 4 belts together in one fight, then one or more is taken away to be given to a paper champ

It's different when belts are already split like they are currently, with 2 undefeated champions fighting to determine who's number 1. But after this fight in February we will know who is king

This isn't because it's Joshua, I will say the same for Parker, Hrgovic, Zhang, wilder etc

It's a mickey mouse belt and you're not a real world champion unless you beat usyk/fury or the both do decide to retire

Parker should be #2 since he beat AJs boogeyman, who AJ was afraid to face.

The problem in what your saying is, that Wilder wasn't even ranked in the IBF. His ranking in Ring is irrelevant in here. So who AJ opted for is irrelevant. He already beat the number 2 IBF guy, which is all that matter.
Now given if Parker fight Hrgovic and beats him, he will be deserving of title shot. So Parker vs AJ 2 will be big.

And again i'm almost certain that IBF won't be ready with stripping Usyk, and straight away mandate, an already made fight, being for the title. I just don't see it.
I don't see Hrgovic - Parker being for a title.
And i like Parker and would love to see him Champion again, as he deserve it 100%.
But compare AJ, who already beat Parker, and almost clean the division, it's not right. Parker lost to Whyte, who AJ beat. Parker was also KOed by Joyce.
Now you can bring Ruiz, but AJ already avenge that loss with 12-0. Usyk is not comparable to Joyce in any means. So losing to Usyk and losing to Joyce is a big difference, you would agree i guess?

As far as AJ -Usyk. This affair is gone. AJ has his chances 2x time. If Usyk was in his early 30s., then with a good run on the AJ side, you can make a case for a third fight ,but Usyk will be at the very least be 38 year by that time, and he is long time past it, so that fight have a HARD NO.
Usyk should beat Fury and just retire.
AJ should try to clean the division again, but his focus should be Fury, even after Usyk whoops him.
