    That's not the point.

Roy being dropped by Del Valle does not mean he can't beat someone of better quality.

Triangle theories like that are so amateur.

Would make more sense to match them up at cruiser, no? Considering the last 15 bouts of RJJ's career and the overwhelming majority of Usyk's were fought there.

Guys, wtf...you're too harsh on ATG RJJ. He basically had a 50-0 stretch. Incredibly fast, explosive and creative.

Idk who's beating who, but I would love to see Prime Usyk vs Prime Roy.

Jones was a great fighter and an ATG at 160-175. Beyond that, his lack of durability would have severely hampered him and imo Usyk would have stopped him.

Inferior fighters to Usyk knocked Jones senseless.

In what world does Roy beat him? It might go three rounds before Jones gets sent to the shadow realm, again.

I like RJJ but he didn't belong above LHW.

Usyk by stoppage. He’s an ATG and more skilled than Jones.

Jones can take all the PEDs he wants for this one, it is good night. Not only is he outsized, outmuscled and outskilled, but Captnhook is all wrong for a good southpaw.

This. RJJ did a fantastic thing in actually fighting at HW and winning a title, even if it was against Huggy Bear Ruiz. A guy his size should not be able to do that. Pretending that he has a chance against a guy like Usyk is simply delusional.

    YA’LL MUSTA FORGOT….

That Roy got clipped the **** out by lesser Tarver not too long after Ruiz and Ruiz actually stunned Roy pretty good in their fight even being a walking punching bag.

Usyk stops him by the 8th.

Roy was incredible in his pomp but there was a he reason he took the opportunity with Ruiz.

Usyk is a whole different kettle of fish.

At CW or HW Usyk wins. Usyk was too big and too good of a boxer. Roy at LHW (despite the Ruiz win) had reached his maximum size potential. Even a pre Tarver Roy I don't believe would've done well at CW against a number of guys.

good big guy >>>> good little guy
outstanding big guy >>>>> outstanding little guy

Hmm... Roy's fought like three opponents with a pulse above LHW and he's 1-2 against them both losses via clean out cold on his face KO. The lone win against plodder John Ruiz who wasn't even allowed to hold and maul and fight in close (ie. his bread and butter). Roy didn't like southpaws. He can't hurt Usyk. He can't outwork him. And his chin sure as hell can't take Usyk's power either and it's not like Usyk isn't fast himself. I see Usyk taking Roy out Bellew style albeit Roy's brittle chicken bone mandible and pathetic punch resistance would ensure he wouldn't be getting back up without the aid of smelling salts.

Usyk all day long. Never could Jones have beaten Usyk .

Roy couldn't have outboxed Usyk given the tempo and weight class. Usyk would not get hit flush. Usyk is far too good for Roy in his prime, we are talking about the greatest Cruiserweight to ever live.

We saw how Jones did against southpaw Tarver, and Usyk is a superior southpaw fighter with superior fundamentals and skills. Usyk is all wrong for him. Jones has been knocked senseless by fighters with half the talent of Usyk. Jones would get outboxed, timed and knocked the **** out

Roy Jones Jr. wouldn't beat any of today's top 10 heavyweights, let alone Usyk...

I'm sure the RJJ who beat Ruiz could beat Chisora.
