Zab Judah was crazy fast at 140 & 147. He's the only fighter to outspeed Floyd (who is also crazy fast) & beat him to the punch consistently for 4 rounds. He's probably the fastest single shot fighter in history.
Well there’s different kinds of hand speed, where some guys can throw lead rights and hooks from range because they’re so fast like a Roy or Mayweather. Other guys have very quick combinations and I’d nominate Meldrick Taylor or Leonard. I’ve always felt Tyson’s combinations punching was not quite as special as made out. He had his excellent signature combination but I don’t view him as a truly gifted combination puncher as I do a Leonard.
Sugar Ray Leonard blew my mind when I watched him, even when losing in the 13th round against Hearns. Faster than Amir Khan definitely. As for a heavyweight I'd have to say both Muhammed Ali and Mike Tyson.
