Bivol receives too much credit for beating Canelo

To be fair, Canelo WAS a LtHW title holder already.

You're trying to discredit Bivol for beating or rather schooling the then P4P #1 Clenelo because he was bigger than him even though he's a small LHW and Clenelo is a fully-fledged SMW and the weight and reach disparity between them was only 3-5lbs max and 1.5'' but you constantly try to diminish hype job leprechaun Loma despite the fact he's campaigning in a division he doesn't belong in where he's routinely facing opponents who weigh 10-15lbs more than him or 20lbs in Haney's case and is very often giving away almost six inches in reach.

Obviously a leprechaun division fighter like Loma giving away 10-20lbs and almost six in reach is different to much bigger fighters from divisions far above doing so, let alone only 3-5lbs and 1.5'' in reach

And you're trying to diminish Bivol whilst simultaneously blowing industrial amounts of smoke up Beterbiev's ass for beating Gvozdyk. Gvozdyk is a very talented boxer puncher with elite skills and KO power in both hands, but he was always the #3 Ukrainian amateur and pro behind Usyk and Loma and there isn't an argument for him being on their level let alone better than them, both amateur and pro, and nor is there one for Beterbiev being better than Usyk or Loma for that matter

Likewise, there isn't an argument for Gvozdyk being better than Bivol. You can argue you think he'd beat Bivol but it terms or resume and accomplishments it's not debatable

Beterbiev is a one weight champ generally fighting opponents his size

    Gvozdyk
    Joe Smith Jr.
    Callum Smith
    Marcus Browne
    Hot Rod
    Callum Johnson
    Yarde
    Cloud
    Campillo
    Koelling
    Deines

I don't have to elaborate on why Loma>>> that or Loma >>> Beterbiev because it's painfully obvious

Luckily for Beterbiev his power takes it out of the judge's hands and he's never been robbed as a pro like Loma has albeit Beterbiev was robbed in the amateurs when he was fighting in his opponent's backyard, a robbery which in my educated opinion cost him his dream of Olympic gold and I have very compelling evidence to support that assertion

But let's compare Gvozdyk vs Bivol

    Gvozdyk

    Adonis
    Yunieski
    Chilemba
    Bolotiniks
    Najib

    Bivol

    Clenelo
    Pascal
    Zurdo
    Joe Smith
    Chilemba
    Barrera
    Richards
    Salamov
    Lyndon Arthur

Maybe Gvozdyk might well have beaten Bivol and everyone Bivol has beaten himself but he would have to prove that first before we could rank him over him

And by diminishing Bivol you're diminishing what will be Artur's legacy defining win should he beat him

He was big enough to move up and win a belt there.

There's nothing slick about Bivol. He has very sound fundamentals but his biggest strength is the discipline to stick to the plan.

Bivol will have a nice legacy if he actually becomes a champion. Like it or not, Canelo is the 168 pound champion. Bivol is the #1 contender at 175. You are either the man or a contender.

He already has a much better legacy than Gvozdyk

    10 title defences to 1

Beaten 4 world champions to 1

Schooled the P4P#1 in their backyard

Gvozdyk knocked out Adonis in his backyard. Granted Adonis was 41 though albeit about as well preserved a 41 y/o as you could find given he didn't even turn pro until 29 y/o and he only had 71 fights am and pro combined, 32 of them being in the pros but his next best win is probably Chilemba who isn't even one of Bivol's top 4 wins

Gvozdyk is a LHW champion. Relieved Adonis of his status and then was relieved of his own championship by Beterbiev. Up to Bivol to join the party.

No he isn't. He's a former LHW champion and Bivol is current one. So were Gvozdyk and your boy Joe Smith Jr never LHW champions?

Clenelo was rearranging faces and limbs and breaking bones at 168. Caved BJS 2.0's face in, shattered Juan Ryder's nose, and deformed Callum Smith's bicep. Even Beterbiev's power couldn't do that to Smith.

He sparked out Kovalev at 175 albeit a shell of him. But Kovalev KO'd Beterbiev victim Yarde out cold in his previous fight and in the fight before that outboxed Eleider Alvarez so he was still more than serviceable.

Neither Kovalev (especially that version), Bivol or even Beterbiev are huge LHWs. As said, there was only 3-5lbs separating Bivol and Clenelo, Kovalev said he was 180 and 182 respectively for E. Alvarez and Yarde, and Beterbiev isn't this huge LHW that people claim he is. He looked no bigger than Bivol when they met each other so it's not like Clenelo was facing massive LHW weight bullies like say Zurdo.

Canelo's whine has always been I'm too small ROFL Yet he outweighed most of his opponents fight night . Remember when the great Mexican fans disowned him when he refused to fight GGG saying he was not really a middleweight ???lol Heck he wanted the weight limit to be 155 ROFL but called himself a champion

I backed Bivol vs Canelo. Was backing him against Beterbiev but now I'm starting to have doubts. The stories that have come from fighters and sparring partners paint him an unbelievable nightmare. 12 rounds is a long time to share with a power boxer like that, not that anyone has yet.
