Canelo has already made a better resume than all those fighters you mentioned, a while back. This is what will happen, Charlo is next like I predicted and mentioned even up until yesterday. Then it might be another PBC fighter or Berlanga with PBC taking control of most of the promotions and matchroom being the supporting promotion. After Berlanga PBC and Canelo will renegotiate a one or two fight deal with Benavidez getting the fight in 2025 as Canelo's farewell fight as he retires as the most accomplished Mexican fighter of all time. They're going to let the Benavidez fight marinate, all you haters need to live with it, and ultimately it benefits the younger fighter not the aging fighter.
