You need to look at this topic from a broader perspective, adding some knowledge and logical thinking.

Wilder team do everything to not fight him and make it as long as possible. 2,5 years Povetkin wait for this fight as official pretendent (number 1 in WBC).
Riabinski (manager of Alexander) told back then that talking with Wilder team is very hard.

First case was about meldonium. Very popular and for long time full acepted medicine. They forbidden this not soo long before their fight.

They find in one of few test some micro 0,0000 nanogram in Povetkin organizm and decide to cancel fight immediately.
They quickly proven fact that VADA have no idea about this how meldonium work and proven that there is no way Sasha took in camp. This have no sense if You know how meldonium work.

They clear him but off course Wilder who run away back to home same day have open possibility to go other way...

Next doping case is even more funny. They force Sasha to fight with Stiverne because he must again wait for Wilder. Their fight supposed be for WBC temporary champion belts.

And then Povetkin who excatly knew that they will check him with full force was catch again... And what he took? Medicine called Ostarine... Ostarine effects start to be visible after weeks...
Soo Sasha, who knew he will be tested again and again took medicine which is weak and start working best after second week of using??

That was probably just idea how to remove him from Wilder carrer.
They avoid him soo long, they knew that Riabinski got more money and can organize this fight in his way and they just decide to remove Povetkin with PEDS case.

But that's my opinion. I never force anybody to see this like me because end of the day I have no 100% evidence and proof.

I remeber I was very angry on Sasha at the begining but later when thinking about it more I just cant belive in official version. Russian team are not ******ed people. They will not touch **** like ostarine in fight where Sasha was favorite where whole antidoping aggency look on their every step.
