50/50 sounds right to me. Tank is a bigger PPV draw than Haney so it makes sense he gets the same imo.
Honestly, if Tank is being honest and would accept 50/50, it's not a bad proposition by pure drawing numbers, even though Haneys a better boxer But he's probably lying and won't fight Devin.
Tank is one of the most talented boxers in the world but man has him and his team mismanaged his career. They are showing 0 ambition to step up against the best and most of his biggest wins have been against guys who were past it or hype jobs. He has also gone down the route of winning Mickey Mousse belts and posing as a legit champion. On his day I think he could cause Haney major problems, but he seems unwilling to test himself. Such a shame, the biggest waste of talent in the sport imo.
