This, judging this matchup by the Toney we actually saw at 175 pounds I'd go with Beterbiev .

 

Ummmmmmmmmmmmm, Toney by an extremely wide decision. People are saying this would be a bad matchup for Toney, nah. This may possibly be the absolute worst stylistic matchup Beterbiev could possibly face.

 

If Toney had a proper camp, he beats Beterbiev clearly. Big IF though.

 

If he has Bill Miller or Fred Roach in the corner, it's conceivable

 

Beterbiev will land so many rabbit punches. Toney's slipping and ducking will expose the back of his head which will be targeted.

Toney at his best would win. I think he would counter Beterbiev into Bolivion. Toney has a great chin and his defense is some of the best in boxing.

This is a case where the triangle theories don't work in boxing. I think Beterbiev would KO Jones but would either lose by decision or maybe late KO to Toney.
