Tickets for just about any top-end attraction are ludicrously expensive now. I wonder how the traditional football crowd can afford to take kids and when you see Premier League clubs charging £50+ for ninety minutes, I suppose £65 for an evening of what in fairness seems to be a decent card doesn't look too bad.

That’s actually quite cheap for boxing tickets. I paid £100 for a ticket at the MEN once and that was about twenty years ago. You’re right, though, boxing is ridiculously overpriced.

Out of interest mate, what Seat Filler site(s) do the tickets normally go on? I seem to be on a mailing list for one or two seat filler sites and only seem to get informed about non-events in tiny venues!

Only £50 for a premiership game? Who are you watching?

It's sadly the going rate these days, due to inflation. My mate fought on a white collar show recently. No big names at all but was £50 a ticket.

Went to see Fulham v Spurs in 2011 with a seat 3 rows up on the 18 yard line behind the goal and the price was £65 for that garbage seat and view.

Taking inflation etc into account, some Fulham games must be £100 plus nowadays.

Blue Light Tickets if you know somebody who works/worked for the NHS is the standard one, feels like most shows usually end up on there. I work for a charity so have access to Tickets for Good, where a lot of Boxxer or Warren shows (and bare knuckle if that’s your bag) end up on.

Otherwise on your standard seat filler sites (SFF etc.) a lot of it comes down to your location and preferences and things as to what they email you about.

I wouldn't pay more than a fiver to go see a Queensbury show, even then I'd be looking for a discount.

I would need paid at least £40 to sit through the full 20 minutes of a Terence Harper fight

I was on holiday years ago my mate called and said he is going to Brook v golovkin with his missus, asked if me and my missus wanted to go. We said yeah order the tickets, and I will transfer you the money. Ten minutes later he text and said I owed him £800. Muppet bought tickets at £400 a pop! It was a great night tho!
