Rumsfield mate tbh I was thinking the same thing myself.

I'd literally do that If I were a pro fighter.

During his prime throughout the Super Six, I always thought someone like Andre Ward could have pulled it off. Especially since most of his competition was from outside the US. I think he could have potentially banked more money with that approach.

Of course he would. The Americans love a show. Hell, I'd pay to see that.

Now I'm hoping Thurman's people are reading this and that they go along. Bonus points if Carl Weathers walks him to the ring.

Extra bonus points for Tszyu if he counters that by having Paul Hogan walk him to the ring.

The Master of Disaster meets Crocodile Dundee. Sounds like a damn monster movie!

Thurman will even do the Apollo '' I want Zoo. I want Zoo '' as he points to him.

What else do they have in common? They're not fully sanctioned fights.

Throw the towel. Throw the god damn towel.

preferred the Lubin fight but 154 really is out of names. If Jermell does not comeback down I honestly don't see who is left. Ortiz is still developing and off a lay off. I guess he can hold out for Crawford or maybe call out Ennis to move up or meet in the middle. He has already beaten several guys in the Ring top 10

There was a time where I thought going full on Team USA was bad luck

In a short span of years guys in red white and blue like Joppy, Rahman and Mosely all got destroyed by Trinidad, Lewis and Forrest with Joppy and Rahman being particularly brutal

Again, nothing against Jr. If I was a betting man, Timmy all day. Actually, I like Tim way more than Thurman. I just love seeing over the top fanboys get their hearts busted up, then read all the excuses that come after. I mean, it never gets old.
