Duran is a much greater technical boxer than he is often credited and he can maul Manny

Pacquiao is my favourite fighter of his era but have to go with Duran here

Styles make fights. Manny never had a problem with guys that mauled him. Everyone knows Manny beat Horn but even if you accept that decision Horn and Duran have zero physical similarities.

Manny and Duran would have to do it 3 times.

I think Pacs best chance is at 140. But Duran is a better boxer, better counterpuncher. I pick Duran by tko in a war. Would be interesting to see how he deals with Pacquiao'a speed, angles and workrate.

 

If Duran gets macho and wants to stand and trade Pacquiao wins. Nobody pressures Pacquiao, nobody.

If Duran boxes then he beats Pacquiao easily.

 

No doubt and it’s not even debatable. I can think of other greats who would knock him like Marquez did.
