James. A younger version of Foreman kind of got lumped up by Qawi and used a bunch of dirty tactics to get the win.

Dirty tactics? He just kept pushing Qawi away from him when he got close. Rule break, yeah, but that doesn't really strike me as dirty.

He turned the fight around by dropping Qawi with a horrible kidney shot. The pushing was also out of hand.

The ref was inept though, so I can’t really blame George. I’m just saying he wouldn’t have the same leniency against Toney and with a high level ref.

He always pushed as much as the ref would let him get away with. That part of the fight was just his usual.

Honestly, worst kidney shot I’ve seen in my life.

    Foreman pounds him into putty

The shoulder roll may evade some of Foremans shots but not all. Anyone catching hits from Foreman every round is going to go sooner or later

Qawi was doing well in the Foreman fight until his conditioning (lack of) caught up to him. At 5-5 1/2, didn't he weigh over 220? If he had been less than 200 he probably would have derailed the Foreman comeback, but of course if he was less than 200 Foreman's team wouldn't have picked him as an opponent. The same would be true for Toney, he'd never get a fight with Foreman either.

I think George's sheer power would get him a decision. He'd hurt Toney just enough to give him respect but never look likely in stopping him.

I can't see Toney standing in front of Foreman for 12 rounds, and that's where he'd be. Shoved back and mauled by George , Foreman would pound his arms, shoulders, body and head and Toney hasn't got the power to bother George.

Foreman by close decision. The thing people forget is, James never was a real heavyweight. He was a 5 ft10 former middlweight fighting guys who naturally bigger than him

If Sam Peter can knock you over with a jab and have success than Foreman is going roll you over. Better puncher, more accurate with some idea of how to set things up and with more variety. Foreman on points.

Finally a heavyweight battle that I think Toney can be favoured in. Foreman is slow enough that Toney's defensive flim-flam will be maximized and while I don't think Toney can hurt Foreman much I do think that he will be able to land more clean shots and avoid more incoming than George can.
