You mean he ran all night long. Both fighters were horrid.

I kind of believe this. Can Taylor fight super defensively though? Could be a case of styles make fights.

Teo didn't beat Loma, Loma beat Loma that night. He gave away far too many early rounds, out of fear he'd exacerbate his shoulder injury. But when Loma turned it on, he dominated. I'm sure Loma has been kicking himself in teh balls for that for years. You just liked what I said about the Taylor match, so no need to explain that again.

There's no secret that Teo has problems with movers, that's not Kambosos style though, he comes forward and tries to make it a fight which benefits Teo if they fought again. Kambosos can't pull an Ortiz, it's not in his nature.

I mentioned this earlier in the thread, I think he was simply a case of he thought Teo was more fragile than he was, since Sandor dropped him twice, and that he could bully and stop him in the first half, but all o that aggression played into Teo's hands and had worn down Taylor come the 7th through 12th.

I actually scored the Loma-Lopez a draw. And Loma for sure dominated his rounds more than Lopez did his.

Actually.... Kambosos excels on the backfoot, his three best wins against Selby, Lopez and Bey, he laid back and countered the hell out of them. He rarely showed any aggression against Lopez.

Even though it's not popular, so did I.

I gotta disagree. I saw Kambosos come forward and he outfought Teo. No excuses, but he's not a boxer who boxes and moves to me. He's a modern day Katsidis in my eyes, maybe just a little better technically.

Rewatch it, all I saw was Kambosos clipping him with counters and combos, yeah he traded more than most. But he never really pressed the fight. Lopez was the aggressor throughout.

Michael Katsidis, man I loved watching that guy fight. Blood and guts warrior.

Lopez was the aggressor, but Kambosos gave him opportunities and that's how he got clipped. Kambosos is no Ortiz, and he's not even on the level of a Sandor Martin when it comes to technical skills.

I agree. Teofimo was overly aggressive from the beginning and Kambosos used his aggression to beat him. Similar to how Keyshawn Davis beat Jose Pedraza.
