Hearn probably did offer 10M to Davis but what else was in the contract? “10M to fight Benn but you have to sign a 5 fight deal with matchroom”.

If I was a top champ and guys were ducking me yet stating online that they wanted the fight and I was the cause of the fight falling through. I would tell my promoter to publicly disclose the contract and email chain, showing who the real mug was.

 

Im not sure Taylor beats Benn to be honest. And not because of Benn, more because of how poor Taylor has been the last few fights

 

I watched the Benn fight last week and Taylor will give him an absolute pasting for 12 rounds should his chin hold up.

His opponent was limited but looked like he was 1-2 punches away from having Benn dancing like Dillian Whyte.

 

Whilst never looking troubled by anything that "The Destroyer" landed.

I know he’s one of your favourites bud and good to hear he’s looking sharp, but he has looked awful in his last 2 fights. I’m not sure the extra 7lbs will ever bring him back as we knew him in the ring. I hate Benn with a passion, but think at this stage of Taylor’s career it could be closer than any of us would like.
