You obviously haven't seen the fight. If you had, you would know Johnny Lewis stopped it. There was even speculation afterward that Tszyu had sacked Lewis because he stopped it. The fight is still on Youtube.

 

Actually I re-watched the fight yesterday (very entertaining fight, I recommend to re-watch it if you guys are bored). Tszyu looked delighted when the fight was stopped and he did nothing to avoid it.

Btw, all tszyu could do vs hatton (who btw went face first, as always) was to punch his balls nonstop, to rabit punch him and to punch after the referee said stop. He could do nothing else.

So funny when hatton gets fed up of tszyu punching his balls and answers punching tszuy's ball even harder. Well done!! that's how you fight scums like those ones.

At the end of round eleven tszyu's neck had no tension at all, it was like jelly, he can thank god he was not koed right there, and tszyu knew it and that's the reason why he quit.

You can see in the corner the trainer talking to tszuy (unfortunately no sound, since the sound is in hatton's corner), then tszyu, absent, moves his head from left to right and curiously the trainer stops the fight.

"Can you see????"
"Not at all, I see nothing at all! doctor!!"
-> the doctor stopped the fight.

Tszyu quit, that's all. Not a big deal, tbh. He was going to be ktfo in round 12 anyway. As I said in another post in round 11 his neck was like jelly, it's a miracle that he was not koed at the end of the 11th.
