    P4P, Foster.

    Literally, Ingo.

Not much in it either way.

Ingo,,,,although there are VERY few fighters who cracked like Bob at 175 Ingo's power at heavyweight was legit.

Is this pound-for-pound? Or in absolute terms?

Johansson, then. Though not quite on the level of the division’s all-time hitters, he could really bang far above an average Heavy. That’s enough to eclipse any LHW’s power.

It's not even close at heavyweight.

Truth be told I'm not much impressed with Foster's power. In literally every fight I've see of his, he loses all of them and gets knocked out all but once.

That's because you don't watch fights under heavyweight

He's a top 10 P4P hitter in history. He was absolute death at 175.

 Oh **** I was wondering what all the fuss was about.
I'll watch some clips. Why couldn't he translate that power to heavy? Was it an obvious case of heavies being more durable, or Foster bulking up, and losing a lot of speed?

    :jaja-no:

Michael Spinks was one of the hardest punchers I've ever seen at 175 but comparatively he was very very average at heavy. It can happen.

From memory Foster found it almost impossible to bulk up and his forays were short.

I would say Foster had better one shot power at175lbs than Moore but ,with his string bean physique he couldn't take top heavyweights power.Moore was just under 6ft ,muscular and more robust.Bob possibly hit as hard as any 175 pounder ever has.
This has given me an idea for a thread about 175 pound bangers!
