I’d love to see him ko KSI. PRIME …..get it?? Pre 2013/14 quick aggressive Rooney kos him in 1. He aged badly though. One of them lads who has a beard in school at 12/13. They don’t age well. He was a man strength wise at 16, balding badly by 21, legs gone at 31. Didn’t help he was very unselfish. Dunno if he’d have the athleticism anymore. Would love to see it though.
I think he would be in trouble, as the poster above put, he is physically gone, aged earlier and never really looked after himself
It will most likely be against Rebekka Vardy's Gran, he will go easy on her in the hope he can bang her afterwards!!
He does not look in very good shape physically and has never boxed at any level to my knowledge. Unless he is matched against someone equally inept this is a disaster waiting to happen.
Dunno if he boxed competitively but I think he’s from a boxing family and I’m sure he frequented gyms a lot as a kid. Coleen’s arl fella ran or was a trainer at an abc. He knows how to box a bit at least so hopefully muscle memory will be enough to have decent basics which could be more than enough to beat these YouTube muppets. As said above though, seems to have lost his athleticism.
Naturally quite a few folk curious to see Rooney in a boxing ring. Overall though this sideshow is needing scrapped now. The standard is dreadful. Let real fighters do the fighting.
Yeah, it’s already at the point that two or three KSI and Logan Paul fights a year is propping up the rest of it. The obvious step to giving it a bit of a boost is to start involving mainstream celebrities in it as well. Problem is Rooney, or even anyone remotely approaching his fame is gonna be a hell of a lot more expensive than ‘Dickhead1234’ or whoever they normally have fighting.
And then we’ll be back to 20 years ago when Comic Relief did this for better reasons, with full safety advice and minimal rounds involved. Except Misfits skips most of what I just write.
He couldn't be bothered train or diet properly when he was getting paid hundreds of thousands of pounds a week to play football.
