Guess you don't have a clue how the politics of boxing work and are trying to make sense of the Chinese in front of you when you read the news I get it. It can be confusing but to answer your question making the money this guy makes the answer is yes everytime. You might not be able to grasp what making 30x more than most fighters each fight means but it carries more weight than Benavidez sweating on the sweating on the scales. Tank Davis? Blah hahaha man Tank is one of the biggest stars in the sport, what he does for boxing is bring enough casual eyes to the sport to help keep this thing alive. Hardcore boxing fans don't love the commercial guys but we absolutely need them for the sport to survive. These guys you hate so much, the Joshuas of the world are the ones carrying the sport you love. Without them it would die slowly. For as much **** as we hear on this board Noone turns up for Benavidez fights the guy sold like 7 total ppv his last fight and there's plenty of others with loud fan bases of guys that can't sell cool cups. Guys like Canelo and Tank keep our sport on tv.

I don't, before his layoff? He'll yeah it's a bigger money fight. Benavides nor Charlo sell fights ATM. But that isn't what I was saying at all. I'm saying getting the Canelo fight isn't about ranking or anything normal lol. Hopefully the Benavidez fight can be one of the big ones to bring eyes back to the sport. Spence vs Ceawford aka the biggest fight in the sport didn't really sell like it should have either. Boxing is in a transitional period right now.

This has nothing to do with money. This is all about Canelo and who he wants to fight. He doesnt want to fight Benavidez. Why cant people just admit it. There is a long list of guys that cant or are not PPV fighters that have fought Canelo.

Why would he want to fight a natural cruiserweight? Benavidez is 6' 2'', Canelo is 5' 7''. It won't be a fair fight.

    Benavidez should fight Morrell.

So what will happen when he does fight him? Then who will be his next terrifying boogeyman? Canelo has literally fought everyone we realistically wanted to see him with up to this point.

**and edit: you think these guys fight for fun or to amuse you?

I asked a simple question because supposedly he's scared of Benavidez and he was scared of Bivol and GGG and both Charlo and plenty of other guys he fought according to fans who have the innate ability to know the feelings of someone they've never shared a room with lol. And if it's me Benavidez is the 3rd fight of my PBC deal because there's nowhere else to go after that. New deal with new direction after that fight unless it warrants a 2nd fight.

If Benavidez is so great, then he should move up to cruiserweight or heavyweight and challenge the champions. He should stop chasing a 5' 7'' guy.

Um, that 5´7 guy holds all of the belts at 168 and has been at the weight since 2021.
If Canelo is so tiny and doesn´t belong there, then he should move.

Golovkin and his die hards were always quick to mention that he was avoided, no one wanted to fight him and that's why he consistently fought no-hopers.

Also The Golovstans would use that Golovkin wanted to unify all four belts, and would also use the false excuse that he wanted to beat Hopkins title defenses....

...so when Golovkin opted to getting stripped rather than facing his mandatory, and a top world level fighter in Derevyanchenko, I pointed out and when appropriate will continue to point out the double standards and the hypocrisy.

And just to be clear, I don't condone anyone dropping a belt to avoid a fight. Golovkin had his reasons for suddenly not caring about his dream of unifying, I'm sure it was a good reason, as did Canelo have his reason why he chose to not fight Golovkin on the WBCs terms.

Look genius, since you are to ****ing dense to comprehend. Boxing is not and has not been about height. It is about weight. Your post are full of utter stupidity. He isnt chasing a 5’7 guy. He is chasing the champion of the devision. Do you comprehend that? It doesn’t matter how short or tall you are. You make weight you fight at that weight.

I didn't address this the last times you've said it because it's a ridiculous post.

I've only ever been banned a small handful of times for getting around the word filter.

I think you're still sour that I schooled you back then because quite frankly I vaguely remember who you are. I don't even know what boxers or type of boxers you like or follow. I'm assuming GGG might be one of them with your vivid memory of me "spamming" the board about him LOL
