Again how does this change the fact that the Charlo fight is a **** fight? And yes Canelo is avoiding Benavidez , when he has more than earned a title. This will be Canelo 2nd fight in a row that he will face guys that have never even fought at 168. And no , Charlo is not the bigger payday fight.

Oscar and Canelo doing what exactly? Every fighter he ever needed to fight he fought.. period, every fight that was worth something he took, period.

At 154 he fought the top two JrMWs
At 160 he fought the top two MWs
At 168 he fought all three champions
At 175 he has fought two champions

Golovkin although claiming for years that he would fight anyone between 154-168, refused to fight the biggest names in those weight classes calling his bluff.

What Golovkin actually meant was he would fight anyone in those weight classes as long as the reward was greater than the risk.

The Ward fight was perfect following the Lemieux fight. Andre Ward's team sent Tom Loeffler an offer for 50/50 at 168.

Loeffler is on record stating that they refused the fight with a lame excuse about 50/50 not being fair lol

I'm aware of what Saunders said, but I'm also aware that a couple of years after he said that he was pursuing Golovkin and Golovkin refused.

Golovkin also refused Jermall Charlo even though the WBC ordered it as a title eliminator.

Golovkin was crying about not having decent opponents, yet despite calling out 154-168, when Lara and Trout called his bluff and were willing to move up, GGG pretended to be def.

    Those are the facts buddy

I don't think Charlo is a **** fight, it's not close to as good as v Benavides but it's an ok fight if he's not fighting David yet. A guy he has history with who ran around saying his name maybe more than Benavidez has. Not great, not bad just another overdue matchup. Benavidez actually squandered his title away twice or else he'd have been the undisputed fight, that much isn't Canelos fault. And again he's always fought everyone we've ever thought he should fight, this time won't be any different. Just take a chill pill and quit spazzing because it isn't happening this very second because you want it.

I don't care if it happens. That is where you seem to think people care. I don't care. I am just calling a **** fight a **** fight. Long over due? Man are you delusional or a huge Canelo nut huger. I don't ever recalling anyone have the Charlo brother down as a must happen fight with Canelo. It is actually the other way around. The Charlo were suppose to move up and contend for a shot. Instead Both brother didn't do squat and they get the tittle shot.

If Jermall doesn't run he will get knocked the **** out in a very uncompetitive fight.

Sounds like you only watch one or 2 fighters if you never heard about Charlos and Canelo. I get the sense of an underlying issue you have that isn't being said.

Never heard of Canelo and Charlo? Now you are stooping down to making up crap I didn't say? No one was or is clamoring to see a Canelo vs Charlo fight. There were talks if they prove themselves in the future. Well the future is here. Neither brother has proven they deserve a title fight at 168. One Jumped two weight class for the fight. When Jermell was announced the boxing world questioned it. Gave Jermell no chance and he proved it in the fight. Now we have the mental nut case brother who all the sudden wants a payday and is too jumping up in weight. He too will lose. He will either run like his brother or stand and get KTFO.

Just look at this message board. The few Canelo nuthugers are the ones defending it. The rest of us regular boxing fan have no interest in it.

And in that sense how does an inactive MW who has been getting drunk and suffering mental health problems for the last 3 years, earned the pay day more than Benavidez?

By the way. While Canelo holds all the belts IT IS about undisputed.

It took all that to get to the meat of it, you don't like Canelo and are only interested in the fight YOU feel he can lose. Thats the opposite end of the spectrum from a nuthugger, but pretty much the same in principle. You keep saying 168? obviously he and the santioning bodies arent too concerned with 168 yet, they want him representing them and sending the fees in for huge $$$ fights. You haven't gotten the memo yet, You'll get over it. For the guys who don't think Benavidez can beat him it doesn't matter who he fights if it isn't Bivol.

It's not about deserving, you guys are too caught up in fan generated narratives that apparently aren't how boxing works, otherwise you guys wouldn't be so upset so often. Charlo probably "deserved" it years ago before Benavides when he became a 2 division champ. But that's not what is important here. PBC is lining their guy up for a farewell cash out while they've got Canelo under contract, now they can get the fight they wanted almost a decade ago lol. Benavidez time is coming if it goes too far in the future then he wins. As does PBC......chess not checkers.

How the hell do you come to the conclusion I dont like Canelo? It is liking talking to someone with split personality. My response to you in this thread was You are clueless if you think Charlo fight was the bigger money fight. You continue to spew on how this is a decent fight. Now I am
a hatter cause , as a boxing fan I want to see a competitive fight? That is what you wrote. He is undisputed at 168 and they will be fighting for the belts at 168. So WTF are you talking about with sanctioning body and weight?

I’ll mark this and bring this thread up after the fight. Charlo will get his ass sparked out or he will run all night. An undeserving fighter who got a shot at an undisputed title.

Canelo is like Floyd was Nothing but a cherry picking Diva. Canelo thinks he's King of Boxing prancing round in a crown . Isnt the King of Boxing supposed to fight ALL legitimate contenders??? Benavidez has waited long enough Why isn't your hero fighting him, or Beterbiev or rematch Bivol at 168.
    A pair a divas that's all

You're pretty cowardish calling a pro fighter who has been fighting since he was 15 a coward.

Here's a list of fighters Canelo also didn't want to fight:

    Trout
    Lara
    Golovkin
    Jacobs
    Bivol
    Ryder

He was even afraid of Saunders, and Plant. Look it up, it's true.
