Matias has the most stoppages at 140, and it isn't against cherry picks, like 90% of Haney's career. Haney doesn't fight "elite" fighters in their prime, he fights them so he can have a name in his resume. Beating old Loma and old Linares is just grabbing low hanging fruit.
    What's next for Devin Haney?
Gervonta Davis left overs in Ryan Garcia?
    Adrien Broner?
    Mario Barrios?
    Chris Algeri?
    Paulie Malginaggi?
    Teddy Atlas?
    Mill City Boxing?

Haney at this point of his career picks low risk fights against styles that don't negate his. Matias has every tool you want imaginable to stop Haney.

    - 72 inch reach, 3 variations of a jab that hits like a cross, 100 punches per round highest volume at 140, cuts off the ring, superior in the clinch, doesn't tire out, throws the most body punches at 140. Matias fights to kill and punish you. His punches intentionally don't have 100% on them. He hits you with 40% of his power so you don't get knocked out completely but take a slow painful beating until you say No Mas. This style is terrible for a boxer with no knockout power and tries to survive this assault to the 12. Haney has no chance to survive because his style is made for Matias to abuse. You will be disappointed in 2024. Matias here to clean out 140 and you can revisit this post to feel stupid. Learn boxing.

    Puello
    Taylor
    Prograis
    Hitchins
    Caterall

All ducked Matias when Matias was their mandatory (Taylor) or when they were given an opportunity to be Matias mandatory (Hitchins, Catterall)

When you sign to face Matias in the ring, it's akin to walking up to the gates of hell and unlocking and opening them. When Haney ends up like Dadashev, you're going to hit that Hennessey bottle and delete your own life. I guarantee you that. Matias is a different breed of fighter and Haney don't have the chin, the heart, the punching power. What is he going to do once he loses his legs? You realize Matias goes to the body more than anyone at 140? You realize Matias has the highest volume punching at 140? He isn't easy 35 year old Regis. Matias has a jab and isn't short like Regis. Matias cuts off the ring and utilizes his 72 inch reach and goes to the body in volume. Like I said, Haney will be I the gates of hell and his dad will contemplate whether to save his child's life or let him die with honor for once in his life. There's no honor in spending 60% of your career in Mexico in 19 fights and those opponents were 114-149. There's no honor in having 4 PPVs that all flopped. There's no honor in getting booed in your own state at the end of your PPV because you got hurt and went to hug city against two 35 years old. Keep hoping, because YDKSAB.

Bill Haney has been actively ducking Subriel Matias since December 11th, 2023.

On the FightHubTV interview, Bill made up a story about Peter Khan/4 million which was proven false by Matias and his team. Ever since then, Bill has acted agitated and defensive. When exposed for making up a story, Matias sent his manager number to Bill. Bill calls Matias manager yelling. Bill does this 3 times (confirmed by Matias, Jay Najar and Matias manager himself). It's odd behavior because why would anyone yell on the phone to avoid negiotation? I have timestamps to where Bill acts this way, excuse the length:

    1.

go to 23:39 Panda Najar confirms Bill Haney was yelling. Bill was only "respectful" after the yelling, which he continued to do until Najar went on 3 way. This followed with Bill Haney asking for a price, and Juan invited Bill to a meeting in Arizona, in which Bill has declined. This was confirmed in an interview by Matias.

    2. Matias did an interview with details on Bill Haney declining a meeting to negiotate a fight. You can use auto captions to translate to English:

Matias confirms Bill Haney declined the meeting on this time stamp go to 1:00:02 in that video

    3. In this video on 1/28/2024 Bill Haney was asked about meeting Sandor Martin before Subriel Matias: https://www.youtube.com/live/Y431ApbhOh8
    2:15:00

Bill Haney confirmed they already met with Sandor Martin, on the record.

    * Bill was yelling to avoid negiotation until he calmed down, just to never show up to a meeting he was invited to.
    * Bill Haney declined a meeting to meet with Sandor Martin instead. If Matias declined a meeting with Bill.

Matias does his interviews in Spanish on Spanish speaking channels so those algorithms may not reach the English speaking audience. Matias confirmed in interviews Haney declined the meeting and ended negiotations.

Bill Haney went on ThaBoxingVoice and tries to pretend that he's calling up Subriel Matias and then gets exposed by Matias trainer and manager. There was a moment on here where he said that he had Matias manager on the phone when he was talking to his trainer. Then the trainers video call dropped. Bill thought he hung up on him because he knew he was full of ****.

Bill then started saying: "I'm just kidding; I'm just kidding!!! I didn't really have his manager on the phone! Please, get him back! I didn't have anyone on the phone."

If Linares hurt him, Matias would murder him.

Haney is bad for boxing and bad for humanity.

I'm not reading all that goofy.

He ain't nobody dickrider. No one has fought him because they're bigger names and better fights out there for people to take. As soon as he fights someone of note and gets his ass kicked by teo or Haney he'll be another Edison Miranda and people will talk about how overhyped he was and how they saw this coming from a mile away and you'll run off to suck the dick of another no name boxer claiming you discovered him and that he's the truth and everyone is ducking him and he'll beat everyone in the division. People like you never learn. If you think Matias will throw 100 punches a roumd against haney a guy who's not there to be hit then youre a casual. Matias ain't it find a better fighter to suck off lame.

I've only seen a few matches with Matias in it and from what I see........Haney is ****ed if he lets Matias get up close. Matias looks like one of those old school fighters who will keep pushing forward particularly in the match Ergashev. That was a hard hitting slugfest IMO. Every single landed blow sounded like a gunshot and while Matias looks slow......he is very accurate and good at timing.

Since Haney ain't got the strength to push Matias back or hurt him he's gonna have to fight off the backfoot to keep Matias out of range. Yeah, idk. I see Matias getting outboxed at range, but destroying Haney when he tanks through all of those pillow punches.

If he proves me wrong I'll give him his due and move on. I don't hate him I just don't like his resume. I've seen this too many times.

Haney has bigger fish to to fry so does teo. If Matias keeps campaigning he will eventually get elected

Haney's gigantic weight bully female dog ass literally hasn't ever beaten anyone remotely close to his size and not only that but half the names he's fought were either shot old men or well past prime old men who he was way way bigger than

Loma - a well past prime old 35 y/o blown up 126 pounder who was 20lbs lighter, had a near six inch shorter reach, and Haney still needed a gift from his three home judges, a 36 hour weigh in which was absolutely scandalous for a fight between the biggest weight bully in the sport/biggest 135 pounder ever vs the smallest 135 pounder in the sport, to get by him in his own backyard.

And even worse, Haney ducked the rematch even though only 17% of the 118k who voted in FightHub's insanely large poll had him winning and he would've had home advantage and three home judges again against an old well past prime fighter he had an absolutely obscene 20lb weight advantage over

Gamboa - inactive blown up 130 pounder who was 39 y/o and shot to hell who Haney was way heavier than with a six inch reach advantage. Gamboa's record at 135 is garbage. He should be like 7-6 with 2 KOs. He'd only stopped 2 of of last 11 IIRC

Linares - nearly 36, completely washed, hadn't fought in 15 months, was 3-2 in his last 5, both losses via KO, one to a badly injured much smaller blown up 126 pounder and Haney was much bigger than him

Jojo - career 126 pounder featherfist who Haney was way bigger than and had a 7'' reach advantage over, who is 2-4 at 135 but could very easily be 1-5

Kambosos - this is the first career 135 pounder world champ Haney has fought and he was still way bigger than him. Kambosos is a one-hit wonder who won his previous 3 fights via SD or MD and he cannot deal with boxers his own size to save his life, let alone ones way bigger than him.

Won a SD against a washed old inactive Mickey Bey who had only fought once in 3.5 years, against a nobody.

Now here's the interesting part. Bey was Haney's assistant trainer so not only did Haney have insider info on Kambosos but he knew that if Kambosos went life and and death against an old well past prime washed version of his assistant trainer then he would stood no chance against a much bigger young version of him which of course is whole reason why he was willing to fight Kambosos in his backyard albeit he still wouldn't have done so had the judges not been from neutral countries. What nationality were they all for his fight against Loma again? You already know.

Rougarou - to be fair to Haney at least Rougarou was a career 140 and he would be or at least many, not me of course, believed Haney would finally be facing someone his own size for the first time in his career. Wrong! Even though Rougarou was a career 140 pounder, a big 140 who really struggled to make 140, and it was Haney's 140lb debut, Haney was much bigger and weighed 9lbs more than him in the ring

Haney rehydrated 25lbs after the weigh in

And even worse, Haney ducked the rematch against Loma to face someone, who like Kambosos cannot deal with boxers to save his life and was a perfect stylistic fit for him, who cannot close the distance to save his life, and who arguably lost his previous fight to a rangy boxer mover dollar store version of Haney. Rougarou looked absolute terrible in that fight, utterly clueless on how to close the distance, and he got dropped too.

Haney was way way, way or much bigger than every single one of them, had a huge reach advantage over most of them and a significant one over the rest and he's only fought two punchers, one of whom was old completely washed and inactive, the other a perfect stylistic fit for him who cannot close the distance to land with his shots against him, and both of whom Haney was way bigger and heavier than

Wake me up when Haney finally fights someone his size and no that won't be happening next because Ryan weighed 148 for his 140 debut and Haney weighed 165 which is 17 freaking pounds heavier and just 5lbs less than career 160 GGG's average fight night weight and just 2lbs and 3lbs less than what GGG weighed against Proksa and Rosado

That 17lb weight difference between them is the same as it is between LHW Bivol and Haney. Let that sink in

    Now onto Matias

He's beaten 5 undefeated prospects almost all of whom huge or big punchers, in their primes, skilled, highly regarded and roughly his size not 2-4 divisions lighter

    Maxim Dadashev 13-0 RIP
    Shohjahon Ergashev 23-0
    Batyrzhan Jukembayev 18-0
    Jeremias Ponce 30-0
    Malik Hawkings 18-0

Matias stopped them all. IIRC he's made his last 5 opponents all pull no masses

Some of these prospects were considered future world champs at 140 before he derailed their plans

Not my fault your father wasn't around to make sure you learned how to read. If reading long paragraphs of facts hurt your brain then maybe ranting in mindless emotional essays isn't your thing. Devin Haney scared to even tweet/post about Matias. Bill Haney declined a meeting with Matias team to meet with Sandor Martin instead. Bill Haney made up a story on how Matias asked for 4 million and how Peter Khan was his manager, when all that been debunked and Haneysexuals still push the fake news because theyre overprotective of Devin. Bill declined to negiotate and show up to a meeting. The Haneys are Devin Haney first 19 opponents were 114-149. His last 6 opponents were 36 years old on average. Haney career has been manufactured-man made. Haney hasn't stopped anyone in 5 years. Out of his 15KOs only 1 has been on American soil. Haney is 25 and has been hurt by 3 different fighters passed their prime (Diaz, Lomachenko, Linares) 38 year old Linares had Haney doing the stanky leg because Linares hurt Haney 6 times with the left hook. Haney is defensive fighter who's hittable. He isn't Floyd Jr or Camacho.
