Tyson is fodder for Foreman. He’d lose the fight at the staredown. While physically capable of winning, his psychological constitution was nowhere near good enough. Foreman blasts him.

This matchup would be a big brother playing with his little brother before humbling him.

Basically, Mark Young is saying that, on a bet, he'd hunch Foreman. He admits that analysis does not predominate in either fighters favor. Young is giving us his 'gut' on the issue.

Or it could be a little brother finally finding out he is now big an strong enough to stand up an beat his big brother after years of being bullied an intimidated cos he was younger an not as developed physically

    Not in this case.

There's a possibility Tyson loses before the match starts because of the intimidation factor. Holyfield knew he was dealing with a bully and ego checked him during a game of pool when Tyson was being an ass to everyone. This basically foreshadowed what happened when they fought. Tyson had front runner tendencies and Foreman is quite possibly his worst matchup of all time.
