Hard to say because Devin isn't exactly a KO artist. I mean, lets say Ryan Garcia fights Haney in the same way he fought Tank. Coming at him, trying to overwhelm him with volume early. Well does Haney have the power to stop Ryan in his tracks with one punch to get him in trouble like Tank did? Probably not, one would think. On the one hand, you'd think Ryan would be more cautious after what happened against Tank, on the other hand that same strategy against Haney maybe he doesn't get caught or hurt and would need that aggression and high volume just to keep it close on the cards vs Haney. If he's too cautious, Haney will just outbox him like he did everyone else, if he's more aggressive throwing a lot of punches (like he did vs Tank early) and maybe win some rounds against Haney, but would that result him in getting caught and hurt again? I just don't know. I just can't see how Ryan can win this fight, but if I had to make a prediction I'd expect it to probably go the distance because Haney generally is content to go the distance. Then again maybe that's why Ryan's talking so much trash trying to get into Haney head to make him try to be more aggressive rather than his usual very effective style. I don't think it'll work, Devin is just far more seasoned than Ryan. But it could go the distance, probably more chance of that than a stoppage within 10 rounds. Then again I could also see Ryan getting caught even against relatively light punching Haney and getting hurt again.

I want to say over. I can't see Haney KO'ing King Ryas its just not who he is, but I do think he will make him quit mentally late into the fight. I think from that point on Ryan will basically be in damage control mode trying not to look any worse in front of his fans. I think Haney will put a beatdown on him, not just because he's the better fighter but also because he knows Ryan will implode mentally if he gets punked in front of his fans.

On the other hand its entirely possible Ryan does the unthinkable: bring the fight to Haney up close and try to take advantage of Haneys utter lack of close quarter combat skills. I doubt Ryan does this but if he does, it will be a really entertaining fight.

I don't see this fight interesting.... I am not sure if I watch.

Fights like Inoue vs Neri, Bivol vs Beterbiev, Canelo Benavidez, Joshua vs Hrgovic, Usyk vs Fury ......... that's what we want to see. I am not interested in watching a handsome junkie get trashed.

If Ryan is not 100% then Haney could beat him down.
Haney has poor punch technique but he can still hurt guys and he beat the crap out of Prograis and Kambosos, especially the latter. A lesser man would have been stopped by Haney that night. And I don´t think Ryan is as though as Kambosos.

Feather fisted Haney wont be able to hurt Garcia and Garcia packs enough power make Haney keep it at a distance. Garcia has feather brain so he wont be able to make adjustment. This will be a game of tag and chase for 12 rnds.

I hope I am wrong. Either guy getting stopped or KTFO would be oh so pleasing.

    I say over

I do see two possibilities that argue against

    1) Ryan scores big on a left hook

    2) Haney not a puncher by any means puts a well placed body shot on Ryan

Haney I think places his shots well, well enough to break a guy down and maybe make them pack it in. I'm not convinced Garcia has the stomach for a real championship fight. Let's see

I see Derrick James pulling Ryan in the 8th. He won't be hurt, just demoralized and taking punishment.

Garcia will quit if it doesn’t go his way, I see that happening before 10 rounds, but after 6.

Hopefully he dials in and makes it a good fight

Haney wins, but not by KO. If it ends early, it will be because Garcia quits on his stool due to being completely outclassed.

Not sure how anyone can rate Garcia at this point. Haney has a back and forth fight with Lomachenko, Garcia got stopped by Tank. It's sad, but these fighters just aren't as skilled as previous generations.

Haney fights are easy to pick, it'll be a wide UD for Haney.

Over, because Haney will win another 12 round decision

For the people who voted Under, I’m really interested on who they think wins by stoppage, Haney or Ryan

I don’t see either winning by stoppage. Haney is feather-fisted and won’t take the risk of going for a knockout when he can comfortably outbox Ryan. And Ryan is simply too one-dimensional to win imo
