Canelo won't fight someone that isn't a faded champion, B level fighter, or coming up 3 weight classes. Shocker.

So this guy wants us to believe Canelo turned down a 98/2 split but then tells us he wouldn't leave PBC to take the fight vs Canelo.

How the fcuk can you accept a 98/2 split but no matter what was on offer from outside the PBC he wouldn't accept?

At best his chatting BS or at worst his drinking too much PBC kool aid.

There is the obvious, for sure. And then there is team Benavidez making up **** constantly.
I ain“t refuting that Canelo is ducking, but Benavidez and his team keep talking nonsense on the regular.

Not sure I believe that Canelo turned down a 90/10 offer. If true its cowardly dog**** but I suspect its more likely that PBC put their ****ed up oar into the equation and wanted even more money

& people hated on Fury Usyk 70:30 like Fury had killed a small child despite that split always being a reflection of what both will get paid.

Canelo don't want the smoke any more. He's made his millions, he just wants to see out his career risk free.

All Team Benavidez is trying to do is goad Canelo into a money fight to get rich. That's it. You can tell it really pisses off Benavidez Sr every time he sees a boxer he perceives to be inferior to David getting a Canelo payday. Plant, Charlo, Ryder, old man GGG and now either Munguia or Berlanga. Everyone except David is making the money.

Rather than badgering Canelo, Benavidez needs to simply make the jump to 175 and carve his own name which is where he should be fighting anyways. He's already got the fans attention as it is so its not like he has to fight for it. All he are some solid fights at 175 under his belt he'll be the one in the spotlight making demands for big bucks.

If Canelo wants to hog the belts fighting low tiers and drag down his legacy in the process then let him. The only person who Benavidez is hurting by staying put at 168 over a Canelo payday is himself.

Maybe that's just me though. If I were him I'd move on and fight much better opponents like Bivol and Beterbiev.
