Anthony Joshua vs. Francis Ngannou •

Francis only has an inch reach advantage and his hands are a lot slower than AJ`s, plus AJ`s jab is far better than Ngannou`s too.

 

Primo had no power, he was a fraud, AJ would have knocked Primo out in the 1st round and Ngannou is far better than Primo was, you surely don`t think Primo could punch as hard as Francis does!

 

On the other hand, have you ever considered the possibility that the heavy weights today are absolutely terrible apart from one or two, and that the heavyweights of old would destroy Ngannou regardless of the size difference?

 

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Floyd Patterson would destroy Ngannou. So would Rocky Marciano. So would Joe Frazier. So would Max Schmeling. So would Jack Dempsey.

So would just about any great old small heavyweight.

 

So would most other great light heavyweights from the past.

 

Maybe Ngannou would have actually done better v some of the slower heavyweight champs compared to smaller quicker fighters.

If you're talking about guys like George Foreman and Sonny Liston, guys like that? No way, they knock him out quick.

Still longer not he can beat easily from the outside. Ngannou has actually shown a better defense and head movement as well, I'd say he probably has more power too.

 

Your ability to interpret the meaning of messages in text is abysmal.

 

Foreman had a better chin than AJ has, Liston`s reach would have helped him, his head movement was better than Ngannou`s too, Liston was quicker than many heavyweight champs but I don`t think he would have been quick enough to beat Francis. Foreman was a naster at finishing fighters, Francis isn`t.

Francis emphatically stated that, in his view, Fury hits very hard, and he further added that it was the hardest he had been hit.

Though Francis did take whatever shots landed on him very well, he definitely still felt them.

But fair to say that, in general, a quality boxing strike will be noticed by an MMA guy as being somewhat superior to any he received from his MMA opponents.

The “exception” to that rule would be anyone else who was hit by Francis himself in MMA. Lol.
