Luis Alberto Lopez Vargas vs. Reiya Abe & Otabek Kholmatov vs. Raymond Ford - Round by Round.

That was a great performance from Kholmatov tonight, it's very unfortunate the ref made a bad call.

 

Ford was wailing on him and Kholmatov was not covering his head.

 

I didn’t like this Chavez—Taylor stoppage. The ref should have broke them, the bell would have rung. But we all know who was supposed to win. Tim Bradley sure did.

Ford was down on two cards.

 

You're blind. There's no way Ford would have been stopped in the same situation.

 

Ford is giving up the belt to move up in weight. He get to be champion so congrats to him.

 

Sure but he was still standing, the ref should have given Kholmatov a standing 8.

 

I understand what was on the line but Kholmatov going limp in the corner with his arms at his waist and his back turned was a terrible look and warranted the stoppage.

 

If Kholmatov just took a knee he'd be the champion.

Right? Everyone seeing it so one sided for Kholmatov was being biased in my opinion. Id have probably had Otabek winning 7 or 8 rounds but Ford landed the by far more effective punches and Otabek was fading more and more as the fight went on.

 

Plus he turned his back & was getting hit with every shot against the ropes with his back turned & his arse exposed.
