Was Klitschko drugged during the Brewster fight?

Well that goes against the ‘Wlad was drugged’ theory … did they shoot him up between rounds in the first fight? If he was beating up Brewster up until he ran out of gas, doesn’t seem like a drugged guy to me — that’s not how drugs work.

I had responded to someone else and when you responded to me, I didn’t look to see that it wasn’t you who was holding forth with the ‘he was drugged and the rematch proved it’ line.

Wlad threw like 350 punches in 5 rounds and gassed. How he looked falling apart against Brewster is exactly how he was looking against Puritty. His engine sputtered.

His total punch count in first fight was 311

Furthermore , Wlad threw more pounces against Mercer than he did against Brewster and he didn't look remotely tired.

Foreman whined about the same things against Ali. “Fighting stamina” has a lot to do with looseness - being at ease enables anticipation, a man will get into great physical condition before his first spar, it’s almost a prerequisite at a good gym IMO he’ll likely be totally spent afterwards. More sparring may not improve his wind at all but it’ll do something for his nerves.
