Is it just me who thinks Munguia is a dangerous fight?

Yea and people have GGG losing to Sergiy and Jacobs. So now what

 

It's just you, Munguia is taylor made to make elite fighters look even more elite.

There's at least one of his type in each generation in each weight class.

 

He wants to fight the undisputed champion of his division.

Try being a fan of the sport, not the sport star.

 

Or maybe you're scared that Morrell beats the crap out of your hero?

 

He has to deserve it first. Let him fight Morrell and let's see how good he really is.

 

He does deserve it, he's the top ranked fighter after Canelo.

This is the problem with fanboys like you, you're so Canelo centric in your thinking. Wanting a fight to get bigger, wanting more hype for your guy, wanting a narrative, wanting low risk fights in the build up.

A champion should fight the best contender every time. No matter who they are.

You want Canelo to win, I want the best to fight the best.

 

Not sure what you mean by this but if you are trying to deny Sergiy wasn’t shot to pieces when Munguia fought him you are reaching. He was simply not the same guy who imo beat GGG. Ryder was also shot when Munguia faced him in his final fight of his career.

 

Yeah, seems as basic and tailor made a 43-0 gimme as you could hope to find if you're Canelo.

 

It’s an excellent fight, Munguias technically ability has come on well under roach. I think the seating is right for him to really upset Canelo, who has trouble fighting at pace.

Doubt it will be enough for Munguia to win, but it should help make for a good fight
