    It's not an excuse. Losing your mother the day before the fight is a legitimate reason for not being at your best and being emotionally and yes physically drained. Boxers are human beings not machines. How the **** do you process losing your mother the day before the fight or even manage to get a semi decent night's sleep? How the **** do you even manage to sleep a wink?
