@lufcrazy out of curiosity has MichiganWarrior ever acknowledged that he was wrong about the "floored" term and admitted his mistake at any point over the years?
He said that it was a colloquial difference. And that only Brits thought floored meant knocked to the floor lol
Says a lot about the lengths that he went to not admit when he's wrong. No one is that deluded into thinking that way.
So is Gale Boetticher the truth about Pittman's solid but blatantly knockdownless 10-9 round over Pascal in this metaphor? I'm getting very lost in the weeds here...

thats just like when i was a teen and i thought making love meant that you fell in love during sex lol.. To me, getting floored means when you touch the floor with anything other than your feet after a punch but of course, there is floored like Ken Buchanan in round one of the Duran fight (a hand on the canvas) and floored like Roger Mayweather in round one of the Lockridge fight (a real knockdown!)
