The guy arguably beat Whyte and took AJ the whole way and was competitive. Is he an overlooked under-rated guy in the HW division?
He's a gatekeeper with fast hands. That's all. Anyone who's actually top 10/15 should beat him. Franklin would beat guys like Dubois tho
I don’t think Joshua was on form back then as he is now. I think Joshua knocks him out right now. Not saying Franklin is terrible. Top 20.
Dubois' problem is confidence, not his ability. Once he pops his cherry (I mean literally) his confidence will rocket.
He's top 20. Is that really underrated? He'll beat some decent guys, give some guys some headaches but lose to some guys. Everything isn't over or underrated.
Jermaine Franklin is a modern-day Vaughn Bean. No big wins to speak off, but overall tough and hard to KO guy with good amateur background and some skills. Stylewise there are also similarities. The difference is that Franklin is taller but Bean was the harder hitter.
Top 30ish, gets beaten by any serious contender Dillian Whyte arguably lost to him because Dillian Whyte is not a serious contender
Franklin would play with Wilder, Hunter or Anderson easily. Franklin is the best US HW Rn. I would bet my house on it.
