Interesting matchup - whoever wins will have some other big fights, but it could be the end of the road for whoever loses.

Even before he lost to Zhang I said Wilder would beat him, bad style match up if Wilder can land the right hand, which he most definitely will. While Joyce can back him up the difference in speed will be too much and Wilder beats him to the punch at some point.

If Wilder still has something left, I think he can beat Joyce. Joe has shown that his chin is not in fact indestructible and he's a much more available target than Parker and Fury.
He definitely has the power to hurt and stop Wilder aswell, but he's so much slower that I think Wilder's just gonna beat him to the punch consistently.

2 over the hill nearly 40 year olds battling it out to see which of the 2 is more washed up.

This would have been a great fight 4 years ago.

Wilder's chin is nothing special either. If Joyce connects much, Wilder goes night night.

This would've been a massive fight in early 2023 when Joyce had just KO'd Parker and Wilder had just KO'd Helenius.

    Still a good fight though.

Joyce uses his face to stop punches. Will be interesting to see if Wilder can crack him.

Joyce after his stupid "danabol diet" in Zhang reematch again go fight with 130 kg weigh.

    There is 3 option.
    1. He is stupid
    2. He dont care
    3. He is too old to be in propere shape anymore.

Wilder is nothing special but as old boxing rule said last You lost is punching power.
This + fact that Joyce was 2 time humilinated by Zhang + fact that Wilder in last fight was quick and light (even when he lost hard) make me think that Joyce end up bad in this one.

Its actually safe carrer fight for Wilder. Joyce id not soo dangerous because he is not puncher type. That's why Wilder duck Zhang. Zhang is slow also but he is also extreme 1 punch artist.

Even lighter Joyce will be slower than Wilder who weigh 100 kg or less.

That's actually bad fight for Joe. He should try different way but after 2 loss he must take what they have him probably.

In the short window between Zhang - Joyce 2 and the day of reckoning, I thought the same, but Ayahuasca Wilder was bullied at times by Parker, and while Parker is lightyears quicker than Joyce I can't help but think Wilders gonna be scared to pull the trigger against someone as physically imposing as Joyce, I'd like to see Wilder in with someone else before Joyce, to see if hes still got the coordination and reflexes necessary to pull the trigger, after the Fury knockouts and then getting beat up by Parker

Wilder KOs him, this has never been a good fight for Joyce style wise. Don’t see him lasting long and I think Deontay has more in the tank than people think.

I've always thought this is an interesting and fun bout... Battle of the hypejobs.

Will Wilder's power turn out to be overrated?
Will Joyce finally provide Wilder's resume with a decent chin beaten?
Can Wilder handle the pressure even at Joyce's glacial rate?

They're both beatable - Joyce has a much better highlight in Parker, but he's even more basic than Wilder.

This is a great matchup that could go either way... Slightly better chance for Joe than Deontay for me, but nothing much would surprise me.

Totally agree - I don't think he's shot, he's just been exposed when he finally stepped up to legit contenders.

Idk mate, it's interesting just because it's a bad fight for both style wise - Joyce's pressure is what Wilder hates and Wilder's chin is questionable...
But on the flipside, Joyce has been knocked out, nobody knows what damage that's done to his chin and because he's so slow there's a decent chance that Wilder can get off the fully telegraphed full-power bomb.

I think this is competitive and interesting... But because one of them will get knocked out, it'll be seen as a crushing condemnation of one of their careers, beyond what it really should do.

Great match up even now but Wilders biggest enemy is that he has not been active enough,if Zhang has truly cracked Joyce’s chin then surely Wilder can,I also think Wilder has a few more fights in the tank. Joyce’s greatest asset was his ability to absorb punches however when he fought Parker he was eating bombs and I just thought to myself no way can he carry on fighting like this, then next up was Zhang !
