I am in a major West Coast city. I don't own a lounge myself but I have visibility in my line of work to the opening of all sorts of lounges, restaurants, clubs, bars, you name it. It is an absolute bloodbath and investment nightmare for 90% of them. If you are already well off in life, and are only doing it as a passion project or for fun and are ok with operating in the red for multiple years, then have a blast! If you are looking to get a return from it then godspeed to you.

 

Good stuff man! I have other businesses that are doing well so it wouldn't be my only source of income I also have 2 partners so if it fails the loss won't be that bad. Hopefully we will succeed.

Tszyu will win but will still be very short priced. Fundora is a tricky opponent and could actually beat him if he gets lucky.

I have only seen a few of Fundora fights and he looks like an oddity, with his size he’s actually alright on the inside and gets some good momentum in his uppercuts. But Tim is at home on the inside and is always looking for the uppercut.
I don’t think Fundora could take the punishment that Mendoza took from Tim.
Tim is going to destroy him in my opinion and I don’t think it’s going to last long.
I agree that it is a better fight than Thurman as Fundora is active in the division.
I think Tim beats him and stays inside the whole fight and hopefully ends him with a tiger-uppercut haha

Risk ? The risk can't be that big Fundora got brutally KO'd by Mendoza. A tall fighter giving up his height and reach trying to fight on the inside should be tailor made for Tszyu

Fundora cannot beat Tszyu on the inside yet that is his fighting style. Plus he’s ridiculously easy to hit and Tszyu is a brutal finisher.

Yea, he shouldn't have a problem. And you're right about the old timers. I just don't trust the PBC business model. But who knows
