    Mike Weaver
    Hasim Rahman
    Oliver McCall
    Shannon Briggs
    Bob Satterfield

    Could Lyle go 5-0?

Mike Weaver: Lyle middle round stoppage
    Hasim Rahman: Lyle earlier stoppage
    Oliver McCall: wins the decision
Shannon Briggs: doesn't make it 7

In theory ? Yes. In reality ? I don’t know if he was consistent enough.

I don’t think Lyle does that to the guy who gave Holmes fits and beat prime versions of Tate, Coetzee, Tillis, Williams and fought Dokes to a disputed draw over 15. Might want to rethink that one.

    Briggs and Weaver beat Lyle.

Everybody else is a toss up

I'd favor all of them except Satterfield and maybe Briggs.

He could go 5-0 but he better be on his game for Weaver & Satterfield.

I doubt Lyle clears the table. Weaver was tough enough to prevail against him on some nights. Lyle and Satterfield would knock the snot out of each for two rounds until Bob goes night-night. Too much partying again. The last I heard Rahman was selling real estate in Las Vegas. I think he goes the distance with Ronnie. Oliver McCall, ummm, who knows? And Briggs, who cares?

Lyle may not clear the table, but he eats at the table. And you care about Briggs

That's an extremely pertinent point. Mike had a lot of heart, and essentially was a two time world champ (Weaver won that ridiculous Dokes fight).

I so love that fight with Holmes, I've watched more times than I can count. Mike was hypermotivated, in that sense a bit like Tokyo Douglas.

I blame Lewis entirely for that. He made some very dumb moves in that fight.

Rahman couldn't keep up with Lyle imo.

I don't know enough about him to guess, my friend.
