4 popular fighters in the HOF known for their fan friendly all-action style. Who would you say was the best out of the bunch in terms of resume?

Tough to call. I think Barry was the most complete fighter but I also really like Mancini. It's between those two for the top spot. Chico is third and Gatti in the last spot. I love all four.

I’d say Chico had the best career of the four but McGuigan probably the best at peak with Mancini perhaps second. Gatti most exciting.

I have to say I should know and watch more of McGuigan, of the top of my head it cames to mind the Cruz fight but not much else.......

Think Barry is probably the best fighter here but his resume is thin,so taking that into consideration
    1 Corrales
    2 Mancini
    3 Gatti
    4 McGuigan

It's difficult, because McGuigan in his prime was the best, but his prime encompassed about 45 minutes in 1985. Well, the Laporte fight too I guess, but it was very, very short anyway. Haven't seen more than a couple Corrales fights, so can't comment too much on him, though on paper his career jumps out the most other than the couple very good wins Barry had.

    Gatti's last though.

    McGuigan
    Corrales
    Mancini
    Gatti

I almost put Corrales number one because he beat a prime Castillo

McGuigan did have a short prime but his title winning effort over long standing champion Pedroza was electrifying. It's true Pedroza was ready to be taken but it had been that way for a while and Barry is the one who had the fortitude to do it. He also beat a very dangerous Laporte and a very good Bernard Taylor.

Mancini 's resume is actually thin because the best fighter he ever beat was Jose Luis Ramirez in a non-title fight. His WBA competition was very weak. He did give Arguello a good fight but still he was knocked out. He didn't have quality wins winning and defending his title but he did have quantity. Kudos to Dave Wolf for taking him so far. His story made him popular above the level of his actual ability and accomplishments.

Like Mancini, Gatti was wildly popular but his best wins are Tracy Harris Patterson and Gabe Ruelas.

#1 Corrales had the better wins of the group,
also the most physically talented, when considering
he typically was taller and had a longer reach than
the vast majority of his opponents faced at his best weight class.
#2 Mancini: the only one of this group to give a prime ATG a great
fight, after his fight with Kim and the tragic
results, seemed to lose some intensity, always
    in peak physical condition.
    # 3 McGuigan the only one with a win versus
an ATG. But look closely at it, Pedroza was at the very
tail end of his great career. The rest? Are yeah butts
    like Laporte or B.Taylor.
#4 Gatti he had a few of the most exciting fights
in history and a trilogy that stands with any fights
as far as action is considered.
But he was a 2nd tier fighter for the most part.
