I agree he should be stripped. They’re just belts at the end of the day now a days though so I’ve pretty much quit putting stock into them.

But Shadow did Canelo complain Kovalev was too big or any of the other cherry pics he fought? No because he'd already got the clear advantages. He fell for the tale that Bivol couldn't punch WRONG!!
plus he was the better boxer too by far he SCHOOLED Canelo by at least 118-110 even though Canelo BARELY won a round. Anyway it wasn't till Canelo had complained Bivol was too big that Bivol offered to get down to 168 & challenge him for his trinkets Canelo refused WHY!! Hes fighting Munguia at 168???
I never saw Canelo offer a rematch at 175 did you ??? Bivol would have jumped at that an easy fight for him & Canelo knew that night Bivol was his Daddy at any weight. I hope Mungia beats Canelo then fights the winner of Bivol - Beterbiev & leaves Ginger fraud out in the cold which is what he fully deserves

The only thing that would save boxing is if it could rid it of the blatant corruption, that is what brought it to its knees. Be honest now, do you truly believe Munguia will get a fair fight in Vegas ? Or do you think the Vegas judges will do like they have so many times before & refuse to let the cash cow lose regardless how the fight went. If that happens would the state commission do the right thing & investigate???? They NEVER have before they just seem to turn a blind eye. Too much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ involved these days for that
As always I hope both fights are totally officiated fairly as they should be & the better man getting the win he deserves in both of them. But I wont be holding my breath on that happening

Canelo's reputation is shot already when he'll fight Mungia at 168 but not Bivol because Dmitry proved he was a better fighter than him t any any weight. He whupped Gingers butt & embarrassed him. He took Canelo's soul.
If Canelo did fight Benavidez & get truly beaten by him too he knows he's been exposed in front of the world THAT is why hes afraid to meet Benavidiz or Bivol again

I mean boxing didn't just get corrupt yesterday or when fighters you hate started their rise. It has been corrupt for as many guys you root for as it has for guys you root against. And it's been corrupt since before any of us were born. You gonna fix history too?

I've never been a Canelo hater. In fact, I always thought he was one of the few elite boxers to sometimes take high risk, low reward fights he didn't have to take. But there seems to be something about Benavidez that intimidates Canelo. I don't know what it is or why, since I think Canelo should be the favorite in the fight. But his story about why he won't fight Benavidez constantly changes.

    1. No fellow Mexicans (he's about to fight one)
    2. Need $200 million (he hadn't made close to that with any other opponent and won't with any other opponent)
    3. Father wasn't nice and respectful enough (lol)
    4. Weight bully (Canelo fought at light heavy, filed paperwork to challenge for a Cruiserweight title, and openly mused about challenging Usyk for the heavyweight title).

I can't help but think his loss to Bivol robbed him of his confidence and he's looking mainly for victory lap fights from this point on. It's his right - his legacy as a top 5ish Mexican boxer is secure. But it's sad to see.

How would Canelo getting beat by Bena mean that he’s been exposed? He’s already a hall of famer. Not to mention a lot of people think Bena beats Canelo anyway.

I’d box Canelo for 10 grand on a Mexican holiday. Doesn’t mean it’d happen.

The comment was about Benavidez supposeldy being lowballed. He's not. He's noty asking for a ridiculous amount. That would be Canelo

I think Canelo is being a ***** in all honesty because he’s losing a lot of his Mexican fan base because of this and other actions. Just say he’s not interested in the fight….

Seems like 90% of social media posts (That I can see) are giving him sh*t for this. It's not a good look.
