I had no dog in the fight either.

Wardley did enough to nick this.

 

Clarke was spitting his gumshield out multiple times, clearly was hurt a lot. But extremely tough/rugged.

 

Whatever the result, how Fabio Wardley stayed on his feet, through punches or exhaustion, is amazing.

the draw was a fair result, neither man deserved to lose. Superb effort from both men.

 

Why on earth with his track record are the BBB of Control still employing him?

I think Clarke should have had a point taken away for that more than that nothing low blow. He was probably saved in the 10th spitting his mouth piece out when he was out on his feet.

 

George Groves has put on quite a bit of weight

 

I had it Wardley by a cats pube but every round was so hard to score. Especially from the moment his nose exploded.

A draw is a fair result.

Yeah I didn't like that he did that. At the very least deserved a warning for that as it was clearly done intentionally.

 

Draw's about right, given the point deduction and KD. Fight was horribly messy and brutal, and it was the kind of messy and brutal that makes it a terrific watch. Definitely one of my favorite contests of the year thus far.
