If Sanchez loses to Kabayel, ban me for a month.

I'm surprised Sanchez is that big to be honest. I always thought he was a more medium sized HW. Regardless, I think he's pretty good. Not slick in a stand in the pocket and make you miss sense, but quite nimble on his feet and awkward to hit, with pretty good timing and decent power to hit you on the counter or in lulls. He can be a bit scrappy and wild but that can also play to his advantage as he doesn't always come in at recognisable angles and can hit with power even when he hasn't quite set his feet.

Kabayel is an all round smoother operator with a consistent jab and very fluid combinations, though he lacks a bit in speed or speed variety, and can be quite conventional in his approach. Very good body attack, which might help him slow down Sanchez, and a pretty solid if unspectacular defence.

I'm actually really looking forward to this one and hope we see a close competitive match with both men bringing out the best in each other.

I do understand and I would usually agree, but their recent performances paint a different story.
Kabayel has been on many peoples tongue for years now. And his recent upset over Makhmudov got a lot of eyes and attention.
On the other hand, the more promising contender Sanchez, well he has produced nothing but stinkers in his big fights.

    No. :ohno

Kabayel against a non-descript eight-round fighter at this time last year.

The upset over Makhmudov was a treat.

But check out Kabayel's other fight last year.

The truth of who he is would be somewhere in between.

Sanchez is a pretty complete fighter.

No denying that Sanchez is the more promising contender. Odds for their fight reflect it.
However, I wager that Kabayel is the better known man among the fans.

Should be fun. Kabayel is aggressive. Sanchez is a counterpuncher.

Yeah, I'm well aware, I saw it the day it happened. Now... so ****ing what?:nusenuse:This means absolutely nothing.

I'd say getting hurt by a nondescript fighter with a 90% KO ratio is a hell of a lot less problematic than almost getting KTFO by a bum with a 52% KO like Sanchez.
