Tank was very wary against Pitbull's and Rolly's physical strength (although he still was winning rounds). I think Shane Mosley was probably physically one of the 5 strongest LW's in history. Plus he had a hand speed advantage, footspeed advantage, he was longer and a chin that you couldn't dent at that weight (at any weight really). And he was very active and rough on the inside.

I don't see the scenario in which Tank wins rounds at all let alone a decision and no way is he stopping Shane.
